On February 19th Jacque Vaughn was fired from head coach position after serving to the team for only 14 months.
Kevin Jermaine Ollie was assigned as an interim head coach.
On 8 February 2024, Dennis Schröder was traded to Brooklyn Nets and is improving the game of the team.

Nets are looking to have Ben Simmons back to play recovered from injury. Much anticipated return of Simmons at the beginning of the season did not materialize, Ben played only 6 games to date. However he takes part in team practices now and is expected to be back on court soon.
